Job Description
Responsible for calling and following up with real estate agents to present, sell and close on subscription based real estate lead generation, marketing and technology products/services. The Sales Team Lead will also manage a group of Business Development Specialists and be responsible for team and individual sales quotas.
Essential Functions
- Ability to identify and attract new subscribers
- Execute sales plans of cold calling into targeted areas, following up with assigned leads and meeting monthly sales quotas
- Using sales value propositions and a consultative sales approach, determine needs of prospects and design a customized business solution to fit their needs
- Maintain high closing percentages of cold calls and warm sales leads
- Create and manage team key metrics and report to management weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Provide team training, leadership and mentoring to ensure key objectives are met and exceeded
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience with ethically cold calling on individuals or small businesses in a team environment
- Competitive, results oriented goal setter with a passion for the consultative short sales cycle over the phone
- Motivated by unlimited earning potential and recognition, and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Experience with MS office, other software tools and navigation of the Internet
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills both over the phone and in person
