Job Description

Responsible for calling and following up with real estate agents to present, sell and close on subscription based real estate lead generation, marketing and technology products/services. The Sales Team Lead will also manage a group of Business Development Specialists and be responsible for team and individual sales quotas.

Essential Functions

  • Ability to identify and attract new subscribers
  • Execute sales plans of cold calling into targeted areas, following up with assigned leads and meeting monthly sales quotas
  • Using sales value propositions and a consultative sales approach, determine needs of prospects and design a customized business solution to fit their needs
  • Maintain high closing percentages of cold calls and warm sales leads
  • Create and manage team key metrics and report to management weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Provide team training, leadership and mentoring to ensure key objectives are met and exceeded

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience with ethically cold calling on individuals or small businesses in a team environment
  • Competitive, results oriented goal setter with a passion for the consultative short sales cycle over the phone
  • Motivated by unlimited earning potential and recognition, and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Experience with MS office, other software tools and navigation of the Internet
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills both over the phone and in person
