“Two weeks ago I received a call from one of my listing signs. A neighbor is interested in selling their home. I went over and did an initial consultation and was told that they would get back to me. I sent post card thanking them for calling and didn’t hear anything from them. I saw in getmyhomesvalue a pre listing package. I decided since I haven’t heard anything that it might be a good idea to do a warm drop by. I usually don’t do that, however, why not. Once I got there they invited me in gave me coffee and asked several questions and told me they have had several other agents that they were talking to. They liked the prelisting package and when I started to hand they a business card they said that they had three of mine already and mine is the only ones that stayed others in trash.
“They said that they would make their decision very soon on who they are going to use.
“I believe the warm drop by for me opened my eyes and will continue to provide prelisting packages again in the future.”
