Job Description

Responsible for coaching and retaining clients with the primary purpose of teaching subscribing real estate agent clients how to effectively utilize our products/services and achieve a significantly greater level of success in their businesses.

Essential Functions

  • Manage a book of business and pro-actively execute coaching/retention plan
  • Determine needs of clients and design a customized coaching solution to fit needs based on our retention philosophies and tools
  • Deploy up-sell, cross-sell, renewal and save techniques
  • Consistent communication via email, requiring proper grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Maintain high retention rate of book of business and meet/exceed individual and team key objectives

Required Experience & Skills

  • Competitive, results oriented goal setter with consultative account management experience
  • Experience managing a book of business and demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas
  • Motivated by unlimited earning potential and recognition
  • Experience with MS office, other software tools and navigation of the Internet
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills both over the phone and in person
  • Ability to multi-task and must be coach-able
  • Must be able to work independently on own and in team setting
