I have been with the company since the beginning. They started calling me Captain from the start and it stuck. I retired a few years ago and came here to keep busy. I do the gopher work…make coffee, change light bulbs, fix water pipes, cook lunches and breakfasts, etc. I also make sure my son behaves himself. I have a lot of fun here and I’ll miss it when I finally (eventually) re-retire.

I have had my share of boring, menial jobs, so I know a good place when I get there. GetMyHomesValue.com is possibly the best company that I have ever worked for. I never thought it possible, but I actually look forward to coming back to work after the weekend. We have so much fun while working very hard.
I have never felt more appreciated or integral in any position or at any company than I do here.
And to quote one of our owners, “I might just be a lifer.”

I joined the sales force in July of 2006 and enjoyed a lot of success on the sales floor working with a wonderful bunch of people. I’m now the Marketing and Strategy Coach for our subscribing agents, helping them to get over the myriad speedbumps everyone encounters on the way to success. Talk about satisfying work!

I believe we all need to feel *and be told* that we are appreciated for our strengths, creativity, experience, and even our weaknesses. I have found that this company is aware of strengths, creativity, experience, and weaknesses and embraces the diversity of each individual. They then encourage each person to use and build on those positive attributes as well turn a weakness into something positive through teaching and coaching.
