Meet Our Founders

All under the age of 40, Dave Conklin, Steve Young and Rory Wilfong started GetMyHomesValue.com in December 2003. Conklin and Wilfong were highly successful real estate agents while Young excelled as a mortgage broker.

Dave Conklin is chief Internet marketer and technology architect for GetMyHomesValue.com. Mr. Conklin was responsible for initial design of the GetMyHomesValue.com website in late 2003. Prior to co-founding GetMyHomesValue.com, Mr. Conklin was a highly successful real estate agent with ReMax Associates of Lancaster, PA.

Rory Wilfong utilizes his Motivational Coaching and Sales Training Skills to assist all departments within GetMyHomesValue.com. In addition, Mr. Wilfong heads up the Coaching department, which is designed to help and educate Real Estate Professionals and Brokers on proper techniques for lead conversion. Mr. Wilfong is a monthly columnist with the on-line publication Realty Times, the leading Internet source for real estate news and advice for agents. Prior to GetMyHomesValue.com, Mr. Wilfong was an award winning Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker and Remax.

Steve Young is the third founding member of the company, responsible for all finance functions. Before GetMyHomesValue.com he was a mortgage consultant and owned and operated Classic Mortgage Services, Inc., where he worked closely with a number of real estate agents and brokers on behalf of consumer clients. Prior to that Mr. Young was a mortgage consultant and loan officer with Homesale Mortgage Services, in Pennsylvania. Mr. Young holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Millersville University in Pennsylvania.
